Hi All,

Any August 2001 filers left there?


My Case:

RD 09/26/01
PD 08/06/01
FP 01/26/02


I haven't heard anything from VSC yet. No RFE's on my case. Talked to IIO and she said it is still pending. They are not giving any info....

What should I do? Any Advice from senior's?

Me too !! dont know what is the problem.

No response from IIO. Talked to Senator no response either.

RD is aug 9th 2001 no RFE

are you single or have kids too -- just wondering we are five in the family could that be the reason of delay -- too many files to go thru?????

I am also one of the remaining Aig'01 filer.I talked to IIO about 1 hour back.She was not willing to give any info.All she says is that in future you have to check online and no other info will be given when you call IIO.

IIOs r really vindictive, now they treat us like shit. it is not worth all this i guess. every tom and dick here is having an open season with regards to immigrant bashing. we may not see any senator offices also forthcoming in future, like it used to be the last last option.

RFE responce rcvd by INS Aug20 and still waiting.

I talked to IIO 2 weeks back and she said that it was assigned to an officer the previous day...keeping my fingers crossed.
 
I am here too. RD aug 31. When i called a month ago, she said it could be picked up anytime. Still no news, no rfe nothing

The IIO told me that in few months the VSC telephone number will not be active any more. If you would like to check status go online or call the National visa center. No info will be provided on phone.

On the contrary they also say that if your case is taking longer the usual time you should speak with an IIO.

If those mother phuckers are not willing to talk to us then we will never be able to know what is going on with our case. Am I right?
