One thing I have noticed thru this board is that most of the Aug 99 cases getting approved seem to be the one with RFE\'s.
Cases like mine (without RFE) seem to be stuck in limbo. I spoke to an IIO who gave me the same standard reply of 4-6 weeks. Its frustrating to see Oct cases getting approved, while we sit here twiddling our thumbs.
Are there any more cases who DIDNT get an RFE and are waiting. Lets put our details and check to see if my theory is true.
