I (US citizen) filed I-130 for my mom in Aug and the case has been sent back and forth CA office. Last call was that they has sent the case to the original office and said "will" have a decision on or by Feb 28. Still hasn't got any status yet and online check is still "Initial Review" state. I don't know why it's taking so long. Is anyone out there having similar situation?
Any Aug I-130 filer out there who has been delayed still?
