Any Aug 2nd week cases approved lately?

Greetings!
Question: 1)Are there greater chances of i-140 getting cleared with out any hitches if EAD/AOP is approved . Since the NSC does a "prima facie" check before they approve EAD(and/or AOP).

Question: 2)I have heard that NSC has (or is in the process of hiring) 14/19 more officers, any one buy that ?

Question: 3)How thoroughly are the documents checked for i-140 , I mean as thoroughly as while they issue Visas or is it just a superficial check just to make sure everything is as defined in Labor.

Today is the 174th day
EAD : Approved
AOP :Approved

"God , please get my i-140 approved(soon)"
 
Not to forget that there are/were some cases that got approved in 2-3 months.
good karma ...I say.
 
Aug 3rd week I-140 got RFE for company's ability to pay proffered wages. These days I-140 checks are very thorough- both employer's and employee's credentials.
