I would to hear from any Aug 2002 who is still waiting for fingerprint or approval.

My wife and I are still waiting for our FP.
My son received his FP notice about a week ago.

Did file for 485 ND aug 28, 2002. FP on dec 17, 2003. nothing happened yet. online status: your fp received on1/6/2004 and are pending review.
Contacted lawyer, he said wait for couple pf months and then we can inquire.

I am in the same boat as you are. Contacted congressman and they have sent an inquiry to TSC at the end of October. Hopefully something will happen here in a week or two.
