First off Im new to this forum so please take with ease with me as I get use to this new forum.
Quick story - My NOA1 date is August 21, 2012. As we all know, after August 15, 2012 all stand-alone I-130's were transferred to the NBC and then to the petitioner's local office. My local office is Atlanta. My last update was September 4, 2012.
So my question to everyone here is:
Is there any people who filed for their spouse after August 15, and were transferred to the Atlanta Local Field Office?
Any input will be appreciated
