I feel your pain as I suffered long at the hands of USCIS. Did you try to send out expedite fax request in. That did the trick for me.

I am still here and tried all options and got really tired of it and now just waiting for some good news and only GOD know when.........

Its really frustrating to see the way USCIS is working and I hardly have any words to describe about it..........

this is a truly gut-wrenching process. feels like the whole process is like a black box, with no logic, no order and worst of all, no consideration for human suffering.

A couple of days ago, i tried the national cust serv number and followed the tricks someone posted and got connected to VSC. The lady was totally rude and uncooperative and refused to give out any information on my case, even though all checks on me are done, and even though the case is at least 36 months past due, and she blamed me for calling for the wrong reason. I am totally speachless, don't know what to say, i guess it's my luck.
