In March we saw lot of fast movement from VSC...it is approving
cases from Aug99 to Mar2000 so far. Hope in month of May VSC
does wonderful job as it did in March. And we see approvals
for Apr, May, June 2000 cases...

hmm.. April 2000 is the month which set new trend in FP for those who applied in april 00 or later. All these applicants got their FPs scheduled ahead of Aug 99-Mar00 applicants.
Means INS Vermont is at the end of the cycle(Aug 99-Mar 00) in approvals and has to start a new cycle(April 00-Later).

Any guess when the new cycle might start

All the cases those were filed from April 00 onwards are expected to take less time for processing as they all have FPs already taken.
