My I-485 (EB3, India, PD: Sept 25, 2002) Receipt Date 10/14/2004 was pending at TSC.
On July 2005 after finishing initial processing case was transferred to Baltimore DIST office to conduct Interview and decesion making.
Baltimore local USCIS office conducted AOS Interview for me and my Wife on July 2006 (At that time my PD was not current) and immigration officer told me that everything is OK and can be approvable after the VISA number allocation (PD should be current for approval) I aslo filled data collection form (I-89) and Interviewing officer took out old EAD's too.
Now My PD (EB3: India, Sept 25, 2002) is current and I talked to immigration offier at Baltimore local offie on June 4, 2007 (Infopass appt) and the oficer told me that they'll work on my case and soon I'll get an update/decesion.
My(Our) FP is also in current status (2nd time FP taken on July 24, 2006 at baltimore local office)
What should I do now, Wait for the update from Baltimore Local office? or contact TSC.
Is ther anybody whose transferred case is approved by Baltimore Local office??
