Any Approvals Today May, 01 ???

Here is my Data:

RD 12/05/2000
ND 12/21/2000
AP 01/31/2001
FP 03/21/2001
Waiting I-485 Approval.

It seems to me, there is a slow down at the CSC. I hardly saw any I485 approvals during the past week? Any idea as to why this is happening?

Judging by Ciba\'s 485 tracker, approximately 50% percent of the ND 12/00 and FP 03/01 have been approved. That\'s good.

What\'s scary is that there aren\'t any approvals lately.

waiting for my approval pd/4/98 nd/12/99, fp 6/00 and 11/00 2nd EAD. are you guys talking about 99 approvals or 2001 approvals? I don\'t why csc processes 2001 cases if there are so many 99 cases are pending?

IMO you should talk to your lawyer to have them contact CSC.

Pesimistic speculation: maybe CSC assumes that long-time pending 485\'s are not of interest any more because the applicant moved on with his life. A request from the lawyer (or from you personally) may kick your application at the top of the stack.
