Do you think it is fair to ask when thousands of people with original labour with PD 2001 , 2002 are waiting in line??
 
It doesn't matter man and have been this country from past 10 years.If you have enough luck it can be approved at any time.Friend of mine who has RD as Sep 2006 got approval .

Your argument is not fair. Number of years you live in this country is irrelevant. What matters is when you actually commenced the GC process. There are many innocent souls waiting in line since around 2000 PD (ORIGINAL LABOR)
 
Its Okay..I did not mean to hurt anyone's feelings. I had my own regular labor filed long time back and it did not work for me thats why i filed thru substitution labor again. I just want to get an idea of 2006 RD approvals.
We all are going thru same pain.
