Any approvals on CP cases

My RD on I 140 is 5/16/2003. When I checked the case status online, it states that this type of cases take between 150 and 180 days. However my case is more than 210 days now.
Anybody filed in April/May 2003 with CP option, got approval recently????
How long does the CP cases take these days for approval?

waiting for I-140/EB3/RIR/CP since april 15th
its taking about 10 months for such cases right now...

Waiting since June 17th myself. Check out www.immigrationwatch.com They have some predictions and I am predicted as 50-50 chance by March 04 and worst case scenario at July 04.

recently there was april 23 rd EB3-Cp approval...
so NSC has not totally forgotten about CP
