Any approvals from Pittsburgh area?

If anyone had (or know of any) approvals from Pittsburgh area, please
post the category, RD and country. I am curious to know if there are
any 99 approvals in Pittsburgh area. I recently called my lawyer, who told
me, the latest he had was Jul 98. I know he handles a lot of EB based
cases. I dont see a reason why he would lie (I dont bother him that often)
to me. I am a bit nervous that they are really approving based on regions (as some one suggested in other posts).

I am from the Pittsburgh area; not received my approval yet EB2 India RD-4/1/99, ND 4/29/99. I think the geographical area theory is hogwash - except if you are from the MD area your case is highly likely to be transferred to the Baltimore office. As for Pittsburgh, the latest approval I know is that of nittanylion\'s (12/98 RD/ND). I am sure there have been later approvals. It is quite likely that at least a couple of the approvals posted here from Feb-Mar 99 are from Pittsburgh area.

The stamping in pittsburgh office was super cool. From parking lot to back took exactly 26 mins ( I parked at 10th street - liberty intersection). After the long long wait for 485 approval, the stamping was an anti-climax
PD 6/97 rd-ND 12/98 Approval 6/9/00 stamping 6/26/00
