Any approvals for ND january 2004 for EB 2 category...
Or anyone who has sent a query and got answer to it. Please post
The forum show one recently approved but I was wondering if there is anyone else out there.. AS the dates have moved ... Please share your experience

My RD is Jan 5, 2004
I-485 RFE Date - Jan 19, 2005
RFE Response Date - Feb 11, 2005
I-485 Approval date is March 9, 2004


You may want to call USCIS and talk to the representative. When I called them, they told that we can call and initiate enquiry if 30 days have passed the approval date (or 60 days passed the RFE response date). The current approval date is Mar 28, 2004 I guess. So you can call them.

I was wondering did you have to call USCIS and then they made a query for you ( I mean did it past your notice date) or did u get the query before you called.

I called up once to NSC and they said they noted down details. Do you mean something different by "send a query"

I did not get FP notice yet. So the issue is not the FP approval but FP notice.
