Any approvals for PD after Jan'02 (India, China, Philippines)?

Has anyone got approved whose PD is after Jan 2002?

Guys, sorry to play the devils advocate, but I think its time to wake up and realize the PD retro thing is for real. Its Feb now and we have not seen a single verifiable/true case of an approval which meets PD retro conditions.(PD > 1/2002, EB3, Ind/Chn,Phi). We need to stop dreaming and hope PD's move forward quickly during next quarter.

Concur.... In conjunction with VSC current 485 processing speed .... its a hellhole !!!!!!

Should be:

"Has anyone in EB 3 category got approved whose PD is after Jan 2002 and from India, China, Philippines AND his/her husband/wife also from India, China, Phillipines.
 
or...

the question should be...if you frame it better:

"Has anyone in EB 3 category got approval since 01/01/05 whose PD is after Jan 2002 and is from India, China & Philippines AND his wife/her husband is also from India, China & Phillipines?"
 
U have the answer to this in another thread .. my PD is 2001 and still not approved ! u can guess ... i think VSC is going by the RD and not the PD !
 
I think VSC is going by the RD but will approve the case only if PD is current. While going by the RD if they find out that PD is not current, they will put the file aside for future.

Also will check if FP is current and name check is done. If not will start all the procedures for that and wait till those stuff gets cleared.


So basically first they will check if RD is current, then if PD is current and if name check and finger printing is OK, case will be approved :)

OR

Anything wrong anywhere, wait wait wait wait...................... :mad:
