guys. did any one get approval's for the interview cases which were waiting for visa availiblity ? Other's center's are giving approvals.not sure what's going with San jose and CA center..
Any approval's for Intervie cases @San jose?

Mine was approved last month (September), and I also received the physical cards.
Here are my details:
Labor Certification PD 4//29/2002, AD 12/06/2004
I-140, I-131, I-797, I-485 - RD 12/23/2004
1st FP February, 2005
1st EAD, AP - approved March, 2005
RFE ND - May 13, 2005 (Respond by August 5, 2005)
RFE response submitted: June 23, 2005
I-140 AD - May 24, 2005
Final FP June 2007
Interview at local office July 3rd, 2007 – Was told that that the case is approved and will receive cards after name check is completed
Infopass (San Jose, CA) – Third week of July, 2007 – Officer mentioned that name check was cleared but status is “Visa Number Availability”
I - 485 Approved - September 17, 2007
Permanent Resident Cards received September 28, 2007

Got interviewed on 09/20/2007 , was told its approved, waiting Visa availiblity. Got a letter stating the same. I suppose new quota comes in Oct , so i am just waiting now.
Did you get the approval letter from San jose office or California. ? Also was there in LUD before you got the letter ?
