Any approvals for EB3 PD >= Jan 2003?

hello, I'm writting on behalf of hope2005 she's waiting for approval.
(she has no time to post)
her details:
EB 3 WW
RD I-140/I-1485 Sept 2004
PD Jan 18 2003
3 EAD's
3 AP's
Her case transfered to Nebraska for no reason and then returned to TSC on January 2006
last FP code 3 March 2006
Name check cleared since April 2006

She has gone through Senator Mel Martinez for help with case.
Status inquiry June 2007

So far.... she knows her case is in hands of an officer, but 3 weeks has gone by and nothing.

Same here no LUD, looks like after second fp no activity. I never able to check my name check is cleared or not.

Is your namecheck cleared ?

My Name Cheack is cleared. I confirmed it twice at Infopass and also by calling TSC. I recently received a response from TSC for my Service Request, it said that they are actively processing my case and my case requires additional review. Usually for Name Check Pending cases, the response is worded differently, something like security check pending .. I guess.

5th June 2007 i initiated SR NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM THEM IS THAT SAME SR that ends with letters " VSC ".
