Approved ND 8/31/2000, EB2, China
Hi, This is the first time I post. After 5 yrs, on Friday,
My lawer called that my case is approved.
PD: 11/27/97, ND 8/31/2000, Company spin off from the parent
company in 2/2001, proactively filed 140 ammendment in April.
Case approved on 7/21/2001, No RFE, I\'m not sure if ammended
140 approved or not.
Thanks everybody on the board for guiding me through the
dark age.
