Any approvals for cases with "Document mailed Directly" status ?

Have there been any approvals for cases with the weird online message "THE DOCUMENT WE MADE BASED ON THE APPROVAL OR REGISTRATION OF THIS CASE WAS MAILED DIRECTLY TO WHOM ISSUED" ?

There are quite a few of us who have completed FP but the online message said the above crap because a duplicate FP Notice was mailed to us.

Have you noticed any approvals for such cases, maybe in the scans...?
 
I saw two "mailed directly" in the scans:

wac-02-064 12/10/03 resumed ----> 12/18/03 mailed directly
wac-02-065 12/17/03 mailed directly ----> 2/9/04 RFE recvd

No approval yet.

I did find 1 case in TSC that had the "Mailed directly" message and got approved.
