Any Approval with expired fingure prints ?

I want to findout if you have seen any approval even if figure prints expired.
My figure prints are expired last month but did not receive new figure print notice. TSC IO told me that they will send me new figure print notice but nothinh happended. Please share your thoughts
 
I am in same situation ... and waiting for FP to arrive. According IO @ TSC, our case has only one thing pending and that is FP but IO didn't say anything about visa#, officer assign on our case...

It seems eventhough we file AR-11, G-28 or AC21 they send document where they want. :( This is frustrating too. Yesterday, it was addressed in USCIS call and they have took note of it. Lets see.

I believe this " document mailed " should be your finger print. Keep tracking of it with your attorney too. You should be good shortly.

My case is exactly like yours. I gave my last FP on 3/2/06. Based on the 15 months rule, my FP should have expired on 6/2/07. My LUD on 485 changed on 7/24/07. I have been calling TSC since the LUD changed. I was told in the beginning that my case is with an officer and the decision will be made soon. I got excited and thought my case may get approved with expired FP. However, on the last call I made, the IO said that my FP expired and they are going to issue a notice to redo my FP. She also said that my case is pending and NOT was an officer. I have not yet received the FP notice and there has been no change in the online status or LUD.
 
V. rare, but I remember seeing one or two approvals reported on these boards where people got approval notice, with the caveat that they will get the card only after they complete biometrics. To restate - it is very rare, but it has happened
 
trivedird , did you send email (cisombudsman.publicaffairs@dhs.gov ) to ombudsman ? In call ombudsman said that send us email and mention that you attented the call and they will followup with uscis.

istrategist, thanks for sharing the information. I am not sure how they are going to handle our cases. lets hope for best.
