My EB-1A case, initially filed to VSC on Sept. 30th 2005, was transferred to NSC on May 2nd, 2006. I haven’t heard anything about it afterwards. Has anyone heard any transferred EB-1A case got approved, RFE or denied? I would greatly appreciate any information. I really hope to see some actions at NSC.
