Any approval of NIW I-140 RFE Case from CSC?

Any recent approval from CSC?

Hi guys,

It's wonderful forum for the NIW_waiters just like me to share each other's information.
My case is as shown below,

NIW Concurrent filing at CSC 01/18/05
RFE for I-140 Issued 05/18/05
RFE sent, 08/06/05
RFE RD, 08/15/05
and.....waiting without any LUD

Some other information source such as attorney's website or other immigration website tells I-140 RFE will be announced after two weeks from RD, but not my case.

I have waited three weeks with deadly thirsty and there's even no LUD.
Could you guys share your experience for the similar cases?

They took 1 month to approve my I-140 after receiving the RFE response. You should wait atleast a few more weeks.

Could you share more detail information? When did you file and when did you get the approval?

Never mind logitators. I checked your another thread and found your dates,
For others easy access, your date is

RD: September 8, 2003
RFE: 10/22/2004
RFE Response received by CSC: 1/19/2005 (was overnight mailed on 1/13)
EB1-EA approved: 2/10/2005

It's great reference for me.

Does somebody have any more recent information?
 
I also had a RFE on my EAD (they didn't like my signatures) and it took almost the same amount of time (a little less than a month) for them to approve it after receiving the response. This happened in June.

I recently received a RFE on my wife's 485 (birth certificate). They entered the response in their system on August 19. I hope that they will follow the same pattern and we will have our 485s approved soon.
 
CSC Progress

All of the I-140 Approval are heard from NSC.
What happend in CSC?
CSC is known as faster process, as for I know.
Is there any news to cheer up CSC NIWers with RFE?
 
CSC, NIW_RFE sent Sep,3rd. LUD changed Sep,10th and 14th, then stopped. Still waiting.

NIW RFE,

Thank you for sharing your information.
I got only one LUD announcing they received my RFE.
Could you let us know what your LUD said?

It seems to be a lot of progress in NSC.

According to the information in a thread, NSC works very actively producing continuous approvals, while CSC has paused their update for couples of weeks.

Please share any of your information related to CSC to get some idea what they are doing.
