Any approval in EB-1 category ?

Hi all,

I went through the excel list and all the cases seem to be in EB-2/3 category..
Is TSC only approving EB-2/EB-3 categories?

I-485 filed - Sep'2005
EB-1 category(India)
Case transferred to TSC in March'07
FP-2- 05/05/07

Well, that appears to be a coincidence - i am pretty sure people are getting approved in the EB-1 category as well at the TSC.

What's the status of your wife's case?

the online message says my wife's file is at VSC. My attorney called both VSC and TSC and confirmed that TSC received her file on June 1, 2007 and is being sent to an officer to finalize. I do not know how far it is true. We got our FP notice from TSC in the last week of April 2007. STrange things are happening.
