Hi Probashi,

I have similar dates as yours. I have been closely seeing on rupnet, I did not see any 094 series approvals. Last week however I saw a 093 series approval. Hoepfully our cases would be touched soon.

Probashi/Saisree,
Since u did ur FP1 on 5/11/02 [would expire on 8/11/03], U have a very likely chance of approval this/next week..!! :)
Good Luck

Looks like we are the two people in 094 series on the board. As far as I know 2 cases got transferred and 2 approved last month. May be they were derevatives. Let us wait :( :( what else!

Hi vijayrc

My FP date 5/11/02 but online status shows BCIS received on 6/3/02. I am wondering why the difference. Thanx.

I believe what matters is when the INS/BCIS receives your FP review results, not when you go there to get your FP taken.

I am 94 series too

Unfortunately FP expired on 7/24. Still haven't received second FP notice. I haven't seen any 02-094 approvals at all. And the cases I am scanning show only transfers.

Count me

My FP expired on 7/24 and I am in the same series, I guess we need to wait for second FP because most of the approvals since last two weeks were happening to them, who did their FP in May/02 onwards.

I really did a big mistake by going for early FP.

TinkyWinky, let me know if you hear any thing, we have same dates.

To All:

Is it wise to call BCIS with an objective to initiate a 2nd FP as soon as the 1st FP expires. This may save time down the line. Just as a thought. Thanx.

485 aproval in 020945xx.. series

Guys,

As per the Online status my 485 got approved on Aug 7th. My wife's case is still not approved. My finger prints would have expired in next week and my wife's fp would expire on September 3. Looks like this is one of the factor for approval.

Mine was an AC21 case, got a lay off from my sponsoring employer in May 2002 (before 180 days) and could get a job only in Jan 2003. My attorney and I was expecting a transfer of case. Luckily by GOD's grace there was no rfe/transfer.

Thanks to Mr Rajiv Khanna for providing this wonderful forum.

Good Luck to evryone.
