My PD July 2002, I485 May 2004 EB3 IND Non concurrent 485

I got frustrated seeing the approvals for people after my PD and called NSC and found out that my file is still in a box that needs to be picked by an officer so that it can be worked.

I voiced my frustration that people with later PD can possibly eat my visa and I may be left hanging for do not know how long. He agreed but said there is nothing that can be done to avert it.

So I guess just smoke some more cigarettes, get more frustrated and wait.

I deeply understand your frustration on seeing people behind taking/comsuming the limited resource of GC. I understood your feelings about how unfair this world is. I passed all such feelings . Look at my signature you will see the pain I had.

Sometimes you would look down to find out many your I-485 mates suffering much more frustration than you are having. Back to before this July bulletin visa, you saw numerous applicants even couln't get work permit. You would console yourself at least you were able to have EAD since 2004.

Hope you would get your GC, soon.

Same case here. there should be some logic. Every time I call NSC, they say my file is waiting for review by an IO. What the hell?
