Any Approval for RD 8/00 (NSC)??

Could be NSC has started July RD cases, but no one has posted yet.
Folks, did anyone get any info regarding this when they talked to IIO???

Just a note, if you see immitracker graphs, August has been a high approval month in the past. I feel they will complete all July and Aug cases by end Aug, and some Sept. cases too.

I am also waiting for the same.. RD Aug/00 and ND Aug/00. Looks like we should be getting approvals this month, since all approvals for July were of RD Jul/00
 
Not so optimistic

When I see the immitracker, there are about 250 people with RDs before August. If NSC only process 60 cases per month of the sample in immitracker, this will take about 4 months to complete. There could be some sporadic approvals for Aug RDs but to be sure of approval, one probably could wait as long as 4 months for Aug RD approval.

My guess is within 2 months. But I keep saying this for the last 2 months. Hope this will be true this time.

Upto I-140, process done in CSC
I-485 started in NSC assuming it will be faster here. but :-(

FYI..
My first PD was 05/97 in non-RIR. Waitied for 2 years and lost
the hope and then company got eligible for RIR so cancelled old
one and applied in RIR on November 1998 again.....

Hoping the best soon.

Have you contacted NSC lately to find out any progress lately ?
My dates are similar to yours and I was told that my case is pending when I called about 2 weeks ago.

So, before 2 weeks, what do u mean by \'pending\'? Is it assigned to
an officer or not yet. Can u please explain in detail. Thanks in advance.

Got my I-140 in CSC. I had no clue until I got copies of
my receipt notice that my freaking lawyer applied in NSC.
Until then I was checking my mail for finger print notice
and dreaming about having my approval soon along with
all my lucky friends (whose PD is 1 to 1 1/2 years later than that of mine).

As I mentioned before, when I called the IIO and referenced my case number I was told my case is pending.
This probably means that the case is not assigned to an exaimner/officer.
