Any Approval for EB3 RD Jan 04

Guys,
I called the Customer Service and the lady told me they are processing
07 Jan 04 cases for EB3, Since the TSC Processing Dates as of 12/31/04 in AILA shows 04/17/2004.
Any suggestions whose word has to be taken.
Now not sure, should i open Enquire about my case or wait till end of jan.
When i checked my I485 status the message was my FP results were received on 12/01/2004.
Any suggestions please.

USCIS customer service people just see the exact same webscreen that you and I can see. Just wait a copule of days for the USCIS website to do the update. If the processing dates crosses 1 month after your RD, then you have a valid argument with them. Else you loose anyway.

No FP or 140 approval yet

Around my RD, all seem to have their their FP done at least. I guess I am the only one who lucked out.

Just received my I-140 approval email. My signature contains rest of the information. I hope they will approve my 485 too.

I am from India. So not sure what is going to happen to my I 485. It would be great if they approve my I 485 also. Let me wait and see... I changed my signature to include the country.

First of all, Many congrats on getting the I-140 done.

Also ur now SAFE since ur I-140 has been approved and ur I-485 is pending for more than 180 days , so u cna use AC-21.

But the key to that is to have the I-140 approval notice.
Do u have that ? Bcos i am thinking just an email from USCIS about I-140 wont do the trick for AC-21 ?

I have not received the I-140 approval notice yet. Yes you are right I can use AC-21 to change job since my I-485 applications is more than 180 days old. I am not planning to switch jobs though. Just trying my luck on concurrent approvals, so that I can avoid waiting for another 1 1/2 years since the current 485 date is Dec 2002. My PD is Feb 1st 2002.
