I have bachelor's and MBA degree from US but my lawyer advised me to apply under EB3 with Bachelor+0 yrs exp due to the salary matter. I just got the prevaling wage from SWA and my job falls under Level 1.
I am just wondering if there is anybody who has applied under EB3 in business and got certified.
