Any approval for CSC NIW recently?

I heard on AVM that RFE was sent out on Aug. 16th. My RD is Mar. 19th. Any one has similar RFE situation recently? How long does it take after RFE is submitted?

If your ND passed the JIT report one month, they have to pull out your case when you inquire. My feeling is that they need to make a quick decision: Approve or RFE. Since RFE sounds not serious to both parties. It may be issued, I feel, if you pushed them too much. It's a mystery if frquent contact (phone, fax..) has adverse effect. Thanks for the comments.
