Any AP users have this stamped "Your admission cannot be authorized at this time"

Everyone,

I entered the US on an Advanced Parole, recently through the Canada-US border.
I was asked to take the car to the INS office and their the INS officer stamped my passport, AP and I94 with the following: -
“Your admission cannot be authorized at this time. You are Paroled till December XX, 2003.
Condition: Adjustment of Status
Port: -XXX, Date:-MM/DD/YY, Immig Officer:-XXXXâ€￾

Does anyone have this stamped "Your admission cannot be authorized at this time"

Any idea why/how the officer came up with the date of December 2003 in the stamp?
That\'s almost 2 years from now.
What\'s the validity of your AP? Don\'t they give it for 1 yr at a time?
Also what\'s the validity of your H-1B stamp?(just out of curiosity).
