any AP & EAD 11/2002 cased not approved?

I am happy for all those been approved recently. Also noticed that quite a number of EAD and AP cased whose ND are after november 2002 are approved.

Just want to check if anyone in the same boat with me.

No good news yet.

After trying to reach the (214) number for hundred times, I finally got the chance to talk to someone IN PERSON last week.

I was told that they were processing all cases by the time order they received the application. In other words, first come, first process. At the time I talked to her, they were processing October 2002 cases. I tried to convince her that many people I know had their cased approved even though their ND were later. She simply denied and hang up.

2 days later, when I check my case again on the web, message changed to '120 to 180 days are required to process I131 or I765 cases'. Rediculous!!

EAD approved 1/4/03
ND: 9/23/02

AP not approved yet.
ND: 9/23/03

both EAD and AP were filed at the same time under concurrent filing.

since your AP has not approved after 180 days of your application, (even take into consideration the new rule of 120--180 days process time), you might need to call TSC to check.

I know couple of friends who filed AP on 01/2003 and had their AP approved early March. That is why I try to figure out for my ND 11/22/2002, whether I am still on the track or I need to call and push TSC.
 
AP approval is much fast than EAD

I filed AP in 01/03, got approved ar 03/03, while EAD took almost six months (10/02 to 03/03).

My child got his FP three weeks back, but I am still waiting. I don't know what is going on in TSC.
