i'll be very happy if anybody answer my question cause i fell that i'm lost:
1-what is the steps after transsfering i-130 case to california
2-what is the use of cut off dates
3-can i get my gc but dont get a visa or what comes first
4-how long will it takes to get the GC
note: i'm unmaried son of LPR over 21 since oct,2001
