Hello, me and my mom have an appointment really soon, she basically applied for AOS through her brother, out priority date came up and we applied and now we got an interview letter, what should we expect? does anyone have an expierence with this type of interview, thank you very much for anyone to respond
 
If all papers are OK there is nothing to be worried about. It'll be just document/information check mostly. Do NOT forget to take the originals (like the proof of the relation between your mom and her brother and such).
 
oh ok thank you for the reply, now my question is, does my mom need to bring taxes and emplyment letter to interview?, she has worked as a housekeeper her whole life, and we are asjusting under 245i, we been out of status since her b2 visa expired, she doesnt have a set employer, she cleans houses here and there, but she still files taxes witht he ss number they gave her when she first came here. are her taxes enough?
 
Is she a sponsor for herself/you (well, co-sponsor as your uncle is the real sponsor even though he doesn't have enough money)?
