since your case passed the date they provided.
I have not got mine either, RD? 9/25, but i think i lost the money for applying it. it is no use now. Holidays have passed. Also, i guess if your Name Check is not cleared, it will not approve ur AP.

My attorney said the processing date in the VSC (now shows Oct 8th 2003) means that they are looking into cases received on or before oct 8th 2003. I saw some sep approvals recently in this forum

My date is also 09/23/03 but no news yet. Called so many times the Cus. Ser. and talked to IIO also but no good. Last time when I talked to IIO (last week) he initiated a status enquiry, don't know if it will help. Already cancelled program for India in December (11 days vacation time) and now planning for February, but who knows I will get the AP by that time also or not.

What do u mean by name check not cleared??? my AP is pending since July 2003
