Any AC21 case that has been rejected?

Does anybody on this forum know of any AC21 case that has been denied? I am just trying to see how rigidly BCIS interprets the sameness/similarity criteria between the new and old jobs.

Actually, I am looking for any such denied cases just to know the trend but found none till date. Generally, if the case is denied, I presume, it is not posted on this forum. So I don't know how we get to know about that in such a case.

If anybody has further information on this please update.

Very few cases are denied. Thats what I think.
