I applied for I-485 more than year ago and was laid off recently(> 180 days). I talked to my lawyer and they say i need to file for AC21. They also said since there are no clear regulations on AC21, all the AC21 applications are held without approval.
I wanted to find out if there is anyone out there who used AC21 and got approved.
