Does anyone know anybody who has had their 485 denied after changing jobs using AC21? There's been several posts about the need for similar job titles and salaries, but has anyone had an RFE then the INS has rejected them based on either of these things? I'm thinking that as long as you're not working at McDonalds they don't really care right?
