Any 485 approvals with RD: 06/02/2001, ND: 08/03/2001 EAC-01-238-XXXX??

i-485 PENDING, nd: Aug 3, 2001, RD: June 2, 2001

Hi everyone,
My fp was done on March 6, 2002 and since then the AVM at INS Vermont says that the "reults of the fingerprinting were received and processing has resumed on your case, we mail u a notice if any action is required or when a decision is made"
>>> Has anyone heard these messages??? What does it mean?

from what i have read on this discussion board.. it is possible that when they were assigning June cases sometime in Feb. they couldn\'t assign yours as your FP hadn\'t been completed..

Your FP is done and results have been received.. what you are hearing is a standard message which is what AVM plays.. there is nothing to worry about.. if still concerned call and speak to an IIO.

so take heart - they will pick up the cases that weren\'t assigned someday and you should have your approval..

P.S. I am not a lawyer just a sufferer like you. read some more messages on this discussion board to further understand about the process.. it has been very helpful for me. Cheers
