Any 485 Approvals for NIWers from 2003/04

I am waiting for my 485 approval. Called VSC couple of times they say that its pending security checks.

how do you call VSC about your case?

Still waiting for 485 approval, there is no way that I can contact INS since every time I called customer service #, it always says my case status is temperorily unavailable due to network problems.
