Have any AOS petitions under 245(i) been approved?
Are the chances of getting an RFE higher for 245(i) cases?
What sort of evidence are they requesting?

not sure, but i thougi i read in the papers that 245(i) expired this April. not sure may be wrong. there was some debate about this in papers.
Please do not take this as gospel.
