Any 221(g) in Mumbai Consulate?

Hi,

Does any one know about 221(g) issued at Mumbai Consulate?

Also, I have my visa from my previous company stamped till 2006. I changed company after the stamping and have got the approval for the H1 transfer. Do I need to get a new visa stamped or can I enter on my old stamped visa in Jan 2005?
