Any 2005 ND? (accelerated schedule?)

As you can see from my sig, I am a 7/05 ND. I received a RFE and request for medical on 10/8 (LUD 10/6), and on 10/14 I received a Code 2 Bio request scheduled for Nov 1

My wife, who has the same ND/LUD, recieved a request for an updated G325 and medical on 10/8, and code 2 bio for Nov 1.

What I am trying to figure out is, are 2005 applications being dealt with immediately? (please dont begrudge me if it is so: my asylum was approved in 1997) My understanding was, Bio-2 was done before approval and card issue. Or is this just a new process where they collect the bio and then we have to wait forever?

Any other 2005 ND people on this board? Care to share your experience?

My ND was 06/05 and I did bio 1 in August. I sent medical with the original applicaion. My wife's ND is 2002 she just did bio 3 and medicals...So what is going on?...I have no clue...

My ND/Lud is 7/2005,I took the Bio 1 on 7/2005 , then took the Bio 2 on 10/2005, But I didn't receive any RFE and request for medical till now. I am agree with your opinion, good luck!

No one knows except INS itself

Maybe even INS itself doesn't know what's going on there. But so far, the facts are: no one with ND after Dec 01 has got any approvals, and still many ND 01 and some ND 00 cases are waiting. Is seems to me that INS no longer obeys the first in first out rule, then it's possible that ND 04, ND 05 cases get the GC before some unlucky folks with earlier dates. But definitely ND 05 will wait much shorter time for the approval (less than 2 years), thanks to the removal of the cap.

Based on several discussions in this forum your case ( or 2005 ND ) will definitely be processed before the end of 2007, may even start from next Oct which will be the fiscal 2007. However, if INS does speed up, then I am not sure if future GC approvals will be back dated - you know anything can happen to INS. Why did you wait for 7 years to apply for PR ?
