anyways....u I think My frd are going to get approved.
I had aLUD only 6/24. That maybe bcoz my eads expired on 6/24 . so maybe they were just posting thier renewal.
No touches after tht.
Did your eads get renwed.and on wat date.

I am a WAC03118, my FP is about to expire on 07/24. My LUD was 04/24/03 and then went to 05/25/04 and then again to 06/24/2004.
I think the LUD to 05/25 was due to a fax inquiry, for which I got a reply on 05/26 saying that my case is not beyond JIT processing date.
I do believe (my opinion alone), however that there are going to be a bunch of approvals for WAC03 cases whose FP are just going to expire. They implemented the delayed FP for 485 soon after april 2003 cases so ours are the last batch of cases who have FP still pending but about to expire.
I think there is something to the LUD though, unless you have recently submitted a fax inquiry or you have EAD, AP cases pending, in which case the LUD can change for 485 without any actual action on the 485.
For my case, when I sent a fax inquiry, my LUD changed for 485 and for all my previous EAD/AP numbers to 05/25. However, the most recent change to LUD was only for the 485 case, hence, I am a little optimistic.

I think the LUD does change though if you have AP/EAD cases pending, as I have seen for several people.
I know I get really excited whenever I see the LUD change, and for the most part am glad that the CIS started showing this info. However, sometimes I feel like I am going to go crazy analyzing what the heck is going on with the LUD and worse is if someone else in my time-frame gets an LUD change and not me, it gets me thinking!!
Lets hope for the best.

Did you just mention that Your First set of Fps is expiring or did you also ask to be approved...??
Am just curious.am just debating whether I should do that or no....
I got My Fps done in May so mine wud expire in August.
So I have like 15 more days.
Only one update on LUD and that too I suspect MY ead renewal which is funny they recorded it on the day it was expiring rather than the day they renewed it which was in april end.

LUD used to be 05/03(when they received the FP results)
and changed to 06/29/2004 few days ago
(not sure when, dont check every day).
It changed again to todays- 07/02/2004.
Message however didnt change with the LUD, still

Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were
received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you
a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.
"
Hope you guys are right that they will step our cases up to avoid
another FP, but considering their inefficiency doesnt make me count
on that very much...
