ANY 2003 April cases that havent received FP so far?

Hi all,

Mine is concurrent filing with receipt date 4/1/2003. My I140 already got approved in April 2004. My concern is am not asked for FP so far. My spouce who is my dependent got done FP almost year back.

Are therer any one with similar experience? And do we need to do any follow-up?
