Any 140 Redoers waiting for approval?

I am still waiting to hear from INS. No news on anything.
Even the AVM hasn\'t changed and the funny part is that our I140 redo has been approved on the 5th Dec and the AVM on that issue also says that we received your application Blah Blah..
so, we can\'t trust AVM on our case looks like.

You should try talking to an IIO once more. The 485 department may not have your I-140 amendment details properly. It happens more often than you think.

My 485 is approved after long wait and I-140 redo. My I-140 redo was approved on December 6th, around the same time as yours.

My 485 is approved on Jan 2nd. In my case the AVM system messages were properly updated after I-140 approval. I too did have problem with my I-140 redo though, they treated it as a fresh one. I had to call them several times to get this sorted out.
