Any 02-05*-***** still waiting?

Hi all,
I'd like to know how many with WAC0205*-***** are still waiting for apporval. It's so painful to wait for approval day by day.

My case: WAC-02056-*****

RFE generated on Mar 14, 2004
My laywer replied to RFE on Apr 2, 2004.
Online status Updated to RFE received on Apr 9, 2004

The processing date for my case in INS online portfolio keeps changing without actual change of message. The "Last Updated" date changed from Apr 9 -> Apr 12, May 5.

a friend of mine his wac is in the 059 series and his status message changed last week saying that the case has been transfered to the San Fran office for an interview. That is gonna take couple of months to set an interview.

So I think you might see something soon I hope.

Waiting ..

Mine and my Husband's: WAC-02-080-5XXXX

I got an RFE and both of us have to do FP this month end.
His case status has not changed in the INS website
