Anti Immigration Movements

It is interesting, but I think the article doesn't play an actual picture of what is happening:it is about a missing balancing in immigration. I am not sure whether there is a deliberate attempt from certain groups to invade and take over the US or not it is true. For example, when you think about 11-25 millions existing illegal Mexicans demanding rights in a country in which they invaded, I am sorry to tell you that I can understand why Sen. Tancredo, NumberUSA.com, Lou Dobbs and others adopt an immigration reduction sentiment. It is THEIR country after all. Directly or indirectly, yes, an uncontrolled influx of aliens can seriously harm the middle class of this country. That would be a sad day because that would no longer be the US as we know it anymore.

Now regarding the portion on legal immigration, in which the article says that China is trying to dump as many Chinese people as they want here, I think that is a bit stretched.

its not bit stretched..its hallucination. china is not sending immigrants into america in secrecy, they are coming through legal channels...if america wants to stop them, they can certainly do so. we are not talking about south of the border here....
giving racial tinge to immigration is a dangerous thing. i think they risk losing broad base support among african americans and hispanic citizens of america.
 
I think that US will not prevent China for their legal immigrants. It has been a long tradition by the US state department to inject their diplomatic strategies in the immigration policies. Look at what they are doing with Cuba and China. US wants more people from those countries in US so that the relatives of these people will be doing lots of word by mouth publicity. Look at why they favored Sudan for UN security council membership in early 90's even though we now know that the government in Sudan has the worst record in the Human Rights. The reason why India is not favourite is caz we do not kiss anyone's **s. We are here based on our skills, we are not coming across borders to do some farming jobs. There is no way that US will be able to command us and that is why they do not like to give us any incentives.

So all these things are a big play on the world stage of the politics. I just get some hot popcorn (with butter of course) and watch the show. They will have to give us the GC if they want to continue the economy. So do not worry, it will be alright !

Is any Anti-Immigrant groups protesting E3 Australian Visa???? I dont think so or even that TN visa for those from Canada?

Whether anyone likes it not, whether they know it or not, the underlying force that drives anti immigrant groups is some sort of racism.
