I'm studying the question/answers provided from USCIS website for the Civics test right now. I just want to ask that for some questions which have more than one possible answers, do I need to memorize and answer ALL of the possible answers when asked during the interview?

For example,
Q: what does the Constitution do?
A: sets up government ; defines government ; protects basic rights of Americans
->do I have to answer all 3, or just any one of the 3 will be good enough?

Thanks,

Just one, except of course in the case of those questions where some other number of answers is specifically requested e.g. What are two rights in the Declaration of Independence? In this example, there are three possible answers, of which you can supply any two.

One from the choice of three or four should do. But there are some questions that have more than one answer; for example, you may be asked to name three Native American tribes. In this case, you would have about 10-12 tribes listed in the Civics Test sample.
