Hi, Im about to travel back to the UK this wednesday for 2 funerals but the thing is i was approved my I-130 form and i have the I-485 and I-786 all ready to be sent off but money has been abit tight.. i`ve been here 8 months now(june 2004 on a visitor waiver), what will my penalty be for overstaying and how long will it take... i know i shud stay while this process is going on but my family need the extra support, can i transfer my I-130 form to the Consulate in London but how do i go about it (could my wife do it when she gets back from mexico), how soon will the papers take to process plus how much does it cost,should i speak to an immigration solicitor when i get into the UK... im new to all this... pls respond i am in a dilemma Many Thanx.
