Answer to Question 16 in I-765

Hi,

I'd appreciate any help with the following:

I am a USC petitioning spouse (H1B) and son (H4 dependant) - concurrent I-130 / I-485 for both and I-765 for son only. I wanted to make sure if the correct answer to son's I-765 Question #16 should be (c) (9) or something else?

Family-based adjustment applicant --(c)(9). File your EAD application with a copy of the receipt notice or other evidence that your Form I-485, application for permanent residence, is pending. You may file Form I-765 together with your Form I-485.

I believe the answer is correct (c) (9) to question # 16 on form I-765 in the current situation.
